    of problems in LCD TV and monitors are because of
    the bad capacitors ?

    Good observations Mr Beh, Capacitors are the main cause of problems in electronics circuits in General. Some even fail without any physical signs and that why I advice every tech. to have an ESR meter..A MUST!! Humphrey.
